Considering of Mia's journey, Chad felt the demand to use his platform to spread awareness about childhood cancer, every bit well equally hospitalized children and their families. " Chad Ehlers is the founder and creator of the Chad Change. He was born in New Orleans on November 11, 1983. During his high school years, Chad moved to Alabama with his male parent, and attended vi different high schools. When he was 17, his father moved dorsum to Louisiana, and Chad stayed behind in Alabama to finish high schoolhouse; shortly thereafter, Chad became homeless, was sleeping in his motorcar, and cleaning up at truck stops each morn earlier school. By the time he turned 18, Chad was working a full-time job, living in a hotel, and going to schoolhouse full-time. Chad eventually went on to college and obtained a Master'south degree in Athletic Science and Kinesiology, a Bachelor'southward caste in Practice Science, and an Associate's degree in Nursing.

In the midst of the Covid19 pandemic in 2020, Chad decided to exit nursing and become a full-time social media influencer. He then created the Republic of chad Change with the idea of helping others who were looking for a safe place to find support and express their feelings. What began equally a small group of 5, has now reached a endless number of people throughout the earth. In 2021, Chad was officially verified on Instagram, and he had reached over ii.8 million followers on TikTok.

Presently after joining social media, Chad's youngest daughter, Mia, was diagnosed with Leukemia; she was just a year old. While the news was undoubtedly devastating, Republic of chad felt inspired to begin using his social media platform to spread awareness and raise money for childhood cancer and hospitalized children. He graciously shares with his followers Mia's journey, and also travels around the U.s. hosting charity events with the Chad Alter to enhance coin for local children's hospitals.

Grace Lee is a single mom, dentist, and business concern grower. When you kickoff meet her, it is very clear to see the passion and inspiration behind her eyes. Grace is extremely passionate about helping others to dream large. Through witnessing the battles against cancer of those closest to her, Grace started her own personal journeying climbing effectually the world with a purpose. Her goal is to bring awareness to childhood cancer and raise money for where it is needed the most. Her ultimate goal, which she is currently pursuing, is 7 summits in 3 years. <\/p>

Grace enjoys working in the dentistry field and loves the intense grooming she puts in to stay fit and accomplish her next climb. Undoubtedly her most precious time is spent with her boys. Whether it's birthday parties, music performances, vacation getaways, virtual golf, or football games, Grace is definitely her boys' biggest fan and she cherishes every minute she spends with them. <\/p>

After attending the Chad Change Clemency event in New York Urban center in September of 2021, and coming together the members of the Chad Alter, Grace immediately became passionate about their vision and mission. She sparked the idea of holding the adjacent charity issue in her hometown of Chicago, and immediately her relationship with the Chad Change began.   Kyla is a lifelong resident of Arkansas, and proudly holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, and a Master'due south Degree in Secondary Education from the Academy of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Kyla has been a loftier school teacher for over fifteen years, and she is a unmarried mother of two children; Jameson, 17 and Harper, xi.

  After her daughter Harper was built-in with an unexpected airway birth defect, much of their time was spent in and out of Arkansas Children'due south Hospital, which unfortunately was located three hours abroad, and ofttimes their abode abroad from home. Harper's medical experiences included extended stays in the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units, trips to the emergency room, inpatient and outpatient surgeries, and three life flights on ACH'south Affections One helicopter. Kyla can relate to the firsthand care a child might require, too as to emotional and fiscal needs that children and their families develop when it comes to their specialized care and well-existence. Her family unit has been on the receiving cease of donations and back up, so she is happy to give back now through her work with the Chad Change Foundation.
